I just wanted to take a moment to say how incredibly amazing your team was this past weekend. We were genuinely impressed by their attention to detail, professionalism, and the positive, can-do attitude they maintained throughout the entire day. It made such a difference, and we’re truly grateful.
You were already on our preferred vendor list, but after this experience, I’m even more excited to lock in more events with your team moving forward. It’s always such a gift to work with people who take so much pride in what they do.

Dear Alexa’s Team,
I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful catering jobs you provided for our board meeting and Spring Training events. I can see why you came so highly recommended. The floral on the food displays were just the right added touch for both of our events – totally unexpected – but much appreciated.
I can’t tell you the number of people who contacted me to let me know that it was one of the best lunches they ever had! Not only was your tomato soup a hit – but I guess the BLT’s made all the attendees happy. Personally – I wish I could have taken some of the gluten free peanut butter cookies and that orange pastry in the morning – home with me – both were amazing.
Your staff is very accommodating and set everything up so that there was easy access not only for the board meeting but the double sided lunch buffet at training. They were pleasant to all the attendees and you should be very proud that they are all so service oriented. I do not have that luxury of great food and great service wherever I take this group.
It certainly was a pleasure meeting you and, again, thank you and you certainly will be at the top of my recommendation list should I either be in Seattle again – or have a Seattle company ask for a reference for great catering.

I wanted to send you a heartfelt thank you for the absolutely fabulous catering you did for our wedding on Friday. The food was delicious, the servers were wonderfully professional, and it was just an all-around seamless experience that couldn’t have been better even if we wanted!! We received so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was that night, as we knew it would be. Your team did so much for us and I just can’t thank you enough for helping make our day so special. That goes for everything that occurred on wedding day AND all the diligent planning you guys did with us leading up to it.
Again. Thank you so much for everything. We can’t wait to stop by the cafe for brunch in the future and feel like we are visiting an old friend! 🙂

I want to thank you so much for everything leading up to last week’s event! While I was bummed I wasn’t able to see it all come together on Friday, I knew the event was in great hands with your team. I spoke to Bonny and she said “the food was awesome and the staff were amazing!” It sounds like she’s been receiving similar feedback from attendees as well.
