Leigh is the founder of Alexa’s Cafe & Catering, started in 1991 with a catering business, and then opening the Cafe in 1995. She is the consummate entrepreneur, constantly finding the best opportunities to keep her business growing. Leigh’s passion for community, food, and family cannot be understated. She loves to teach and grow. In her spare time, Leigh loves spending time with her grandchildren, singing, gardening as well as traveling to Utah and NOLA.
